Delete your FFERDI account

FFERDI — developed by Muharrem Batuhan Çeri

Before you delete: deleting your account does not cancel a FFERDI Max subscription. Cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play account — see Support.

Option 1 — In the App (fastest)

Open FFERDI and sign in.
Tap the profile icon in the top-left corner to open Account.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.

Option 2 — By email

If you can't access the App, email support@fferdi.com with the subject “Delete my account” from the email address linked to your account. We may ask you to confirm the request, and will complete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your account (email address, account ID and login).
Any photos and videos you uploaded that are still on our servers.
Your usage history and credit records.
Your subscription status stored by us.

What is kept, and for how long

Records we must keep by law (for example, for tax or accounting) are kept only for the legally required period.
Short-term server logs and backups are deleted automatically on their normal schedule, within 30 days.
Your purchase history with Apple or Google is held by them, not by us.
Effects you already exported and saved on your phone stay on your phone.
